Data Retention Policy DNADynamo is standard desk top software that runs on your computer. It is not SAAS that runs on external servers. There is no data generated by DNADynamo that can be retained by BlueTractorSoftware License 1) DNADynamo licenses allow you to install and run the licensed software on the stated number of computers. ie DNADynamo licenses are sold on a per computer basis. If you buy a license for multiple computers, they can be a mix of Windows PCs, Apple OSXs and Linux. Updates for DNADynamo software are free. If your original computer breaks down or is upgraded to a new computer within 5 years of purchasing a DNADynamo license, you can transfer your license to a replacement computer. Use DNADynamo menu option ‘Help’ ->‘Licensing’ -> ‘Request A Deactivation KEY’ - or email us if you no longer have access to your computer and we will reset your license KEY manually 2) For terms and conditions of use of the software - refer to the End User License Agreement (EULA) that must be accepted before the software can be run.
